A couple of weeks ago the students had to use their persuasive writing skills to convince the teachers, that they should be allowed to make "Gummy Lego". Miss Smith came in to hear their reasons. She was particularly impressed by the students who talked about what how making 'Gummy Lego' would help them progress with their learning. Other students thought it would be a good idea to make 'Gummy Lego', sell it, and then give the funds raised to charity.
After some deliberation Miss Satherley and Miss Evans decided that the students deserved to make 'Gummy Lego'. On Monday we followed the video instructions and created Gummy Shapes and Gummy Worms. Following this the students wrote out instructions for making these delicious treats.
Today the students finally got to eat the product of their hard work. Check out the pictures in the slide below.
Where is mine ? I like how you make a lot of food with you class ms Satherly, maybe next time you cold make a dish.It would be even better if the school had a kitchen open for the students then we could actually learn to cook at an early age ! don't you think.
